Level 1 - Metaphysical Mindfulness
We need to establish at the outset, that this unique course is the first of its kind nationwide, in the way we approach mindfulness. The word “metaphysical” as an adjective demonstrates the existential quality of our mindfulness practice. In the philosophy of “one life” - all living things derive from the one source of energy. We, as a consequence, go deeply into the consciousness of our being.
Suffice it to say, that you will marvel at the profundity of finding out, and knowing who you really are. From this standpoint, you begin to fathom the true nature of existence and well-being. Through your study and practice, you will find the qualities that make your person a true conduit or instrument of peace and harmony in the world. You can successfully live it and spread it worldwide, in person, wherever you are, or through the web, online.
The course itself is open to everyone over the age of 18, whether or not, you have ever heard about mindfulness. Jaded veterans, retired teachers/ professionals, or even housewives and mothers, hear ye: You can find a new string to your bow! This course will bring you a wonderful career in creating peace and harmony. This depends on whether you are persuaded to do the assessment qualification on completion of the course.
